【摘要】:ThispartofISO20683isapplicabletotowbarlessaircrafttowingvehicles(TLTVs)interfacingwiththenose-landinggearofciviltransportaircraftwithamaximumrampmasscomprisedbetween10000kgand50000kg(22000Iband110000Ib),commonlydesignatedas"regionalaircraft".TherequirementsformainlinetransportaircraftwithahighermaximumrampmassarespecifiedinISO20683-1,whichisnotapplicabletoTLTVswhichweremanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublication.ThispartofISO20683specifiesgeneraldesignrequirements,testingandevaluationrequirements,maintenance,calibration,documentation,records,tracingandaccountabilityrequirementsinordertoensurethattheloadsinducedbythetowvehiclenotexceedthedesignloadsofthenosegearoritssteeringsystem,orreducethecertifiedsafelifelimitofthenosegear,orinduceastabilityproblemduringaircraftpushbackand/ormaintenancetowingoperations.ThispartofISO20683specifiesrequirementsandproceduresfortowbarlesstowvehicles(TLTVs)intendedforaircraftpush-backandgaterelocationormaintenancetowingonly.Itisnotintendedtoallowfordispatch(operational)towing(3.7).Dispatchtowingimposesgreaterloadsonnosegearsandaircraftstructureduetothecombinationofspeedandadditionalpassenger,cargo,andfuelloads.ThispartofISO20683doesnotapplytotowbarlesstowingvehiclesinterfacingwithaircraftmainlandinggear.NOTETLTVdesignersshouldalsotakeintoaccounttherequirementsofdocumentsreferencedinBibliography.
