【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesthesamplingproceduresandmethodsforthedeterminationofparticleconcentrationandsizedistribution.Threemethodsarespecified.Oneusesanautomaticparticlesizeanalyser,workingonthelightinterruptionprinciple.Theothertwouseanopticalmicroscope,ineitherthetransmittedlightorincidentlightmode,tocountparticlescollectedonthesurfaceofamembranefilter.TheopticalmicroscopemethodsaredescribedinISO4407.Allthreemethodsareapplicabletobothusedandunusedinsulatingliquids.AnnexAcontainsanalternativesamplingprocedureusingasyringeandAnnexBreportsareferenceforthecalibrationofautomaticparticlecounters.NOTE1Themethodsarenotintendedtomeasureparticulatematterinliquidscontainingsludge.WhileanalysingsolidcontentonoilscontainingsludgereferstomethodforsedimentandsludgedeterminationinIEC60422,AnnexC.NOTE2Themethodsspecifiedareonlyapplicabletomeasurementsrelatedtoalimitedrangeofsizeandnumber.

【摘要】:PurposeThisstandardestablisheslotorbatchsamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyattributesusingMIL-STD-105EasabasisforsamplingasteadystreamoflotsindexedbyAQL.Thetabledcalculationsarebasedontheprobabilistictheoryofrecurrenteventswhenaseriesoflotsorbatchesareproducedinastableenvironment.ApplicationSamplingplansdesignatedinthispublicationareapplicable,butnotlimited,toinspectionofthefollowing:(1)enditems,(2)componentsandrawmaterials,(3)operationsorservices,(4)materialsinprocess,(5)suppliesinstorage,(6)maintenanceoperations,(7)dataorrecords,and(8)administrativeprocedures.Theseplansareintendedprimarilytobeusedforacontinuingseriesoflotsorbatches.Theplansmayalsobeusedfortheinspectionofisolatedlotsorbatches,but,inthislattercase,theuseriscautionedtoconsulttheoperatingcharacteristiccurvesandTableVIorTableVIItofindaplanwhichwillyieldthedesiredprotection(see4.11).Thispublicationshouldbeusedtoguidetheuserinthedevelopmentofaninspectionstrategythatprovidesacosteffectiveapproachtoattainingconfidenceinproductcompliancewithcontractualtechnicalrequirements.TheuseriswarnedoftheassumedrisksrelativetothechosensamplesizeandAQL.ThisstandardprovidesthesamplingplansofMIL-STD-105EinASTMformatforusebyASTMcommitteesandothers.ItrecognizesthecontinuingusageofMIL-STD-105inindustriessupportedbyASTM.Thestandardprovidesthefundamentalbasisformanyexistingsamplingprocedurescurrentlyineffectinlaboratoriesandotherfacilities.Assuch,itprovidesaprimarysourceforotherAQLstandardsandforspecificallyengineeredsamplingplansdevelopedbyotherstandardsbodiesandindividualfacilitiesandappearinginvariousformsontheshelvesofcountlesslaboratoriesandoperations.ItreplacestheAQLschemepreviouslyincorporatedintheRelatedMaterialsSectionofVolume14.02oftheAnnualBookofASTMStandards.
