【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesamethodforthemeasurementofthedecontaminationindexofpollutioncontrolsystemse.g.capturedevicesincludinglocalexhaustventilation,waterspraysystemsand,whenappropriate,separationequipmentinstalledonamachine.Thismethodusestherealpollutant(see4.2ofEN1093-1:1998"Safetyofmachinery-EvaluationoftheemissionofairbornehazardoussubstancesmPart1:Selectionoftestmethods'~andcanbeoperatedinroomorfieldenvironments.Itshouldbeobservedthatduringthetest,especiallyduringtheshutdownortheremovalofthepollutioncontrolsystem,theconcentrationofhazardoussubstances,ifpresent,canreachlevelswhichareliabletoincurarisktothehealthoftheoperatorsorotheroccupantspresentintheroom.Warning:Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththeprotectivemeasuresrequiredtocontroltheserisks,illMeasurementofthedecontaminationindexofpollutioncontrolsystemcanserveforthe:-evaluationoftheperformanceofapollutioncontrolsystemofamachine;-evaluationoftheimprovementofapollutioncontrolsystem;comparisonofpollutioncontrolsystemsformachinesofsimilardesign;rankingofpollutioncontrolsystemsaccordingtotheirdecontaminationefficiency;determinationoftheairflowrateinthecaseofanexhaustsystemtoachieveagivenlevel;-determinationofthestateoftheartofpollutioncontrolsystemsformachineswithrespecttothedecontamina-tionefficiency.
