【摘要】:ThisStandardincludespracticesthatareconcernedprimarilywiththepreventionofwaterdamagetosteamturbinesusedforwater-coolednuclearreactorpowergeneration.Thepracticescoverdesign,operation,inspection,testing,andmaintenanceofthoseaspectsofthefollowingpowerplantsystemsandequipmentconcernedwiththepreventionofwaterinductionintosteamturbinesandthesaferemovalofwaterfromsteamturbinesandthefollowingassociatedsystemsandequipment:(a)mainsteamandbypasssystems,piping,anddrains(b)turbineextractionsystems,piping,anddrains(c)turbinesteamsealsystems,piping,anddrains(d)feedwaterheaters,piping,anddrains(e)turbinedrainsystems(f)condensersteamandwaterdumps(g)start-upsystems.ThisStandardisnotintendedtoimposenewrequirementsforexistingfacilitiesretroactively

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000-4relatestotheimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforelectricalandelectronicequipment,underoperationalconditions,withregardto:a)repetitivedampedoscillatorywavesoccurringmainlyinpower,controlandsignalcablesinstalledinhighvoltageandmediumvoltage(HV/MV)substations;b)repetitivedampedoscillatorywavesoccurringmainlyinpower,controlandsignalcablesinstalledingasinsulatedsubstations(GIS)andinsomecasesalsoairinsulatedsubstations(AIS)orinanyinstallationduetoHEMPphenomena.Theobjectofthisbasicstandardistoestablishtheimmunityrequirementsandacommonreferenceforevaluatinginalaboratorytheperformanceofelectricalandelectronicequipmentintendedforresidential,commercialandindustrialapplications,aswellasofequipmentintendedforpowerstationsandsubstations,asapplicable.NOTEAsdescribedinIECguide107,thisisabasicEMCpublicationforusebyproductcommitteesoftheIEC.AsalsostatedinGuide107,theIECproductcommitteesareresponsiblefordeterminingwhetherthisimmunityteststandardshouldbeappliedornot,andifapplied,theyareresponsiblefordeterminingtheappropriatetestlevelsandperformancecriteria.TC77anditssub-committeesarepreparedtoco-operatewithproductcommitteesintheevaluationofthevalueofparticularimmunitytestsfortheirproducts.Thepurposeofthisstandardistodefine:–testvoltageandcurrentwaveforms;–rangesoftestlevels;–testequipment;–testsetup;–testprocedure.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtodampedoscillatorywaves.ThetestmethoddocumentedinthispartofIEC61000describesaconsistentmethodtoassesstheimmunityofanequipmentorsystemagainstadefinedphenomenon.t_agzhtt
